The hardest part of living in Texas is the lack of fresh and available seafood. Being from the east coast summers were full of clam bakes and the occasional crab leg feast. Once I discovered there's more than one way to eat a clam I was hooked.
Steamed clams are a gift from God. I'm not even kidding.
